This incident has been resolved. Data from devices using The Things Network LNS is starting to populate again. The root cause was an expired license on the machine that offloads traffic from gateways.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting connectivity for a subset of end-user devices. The disruption appears to be linked to an outage with one of our third-party LoRa network providers, which is causing devices which use gateways that talk to their network to lose connection.
Our engineering team is actively working with the affected provider to identify the root cause and determine a resolution. We are monitoring all systems closely and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
