Between approximately 05:25 UTC and 07:15 UTC (01:25 AM - 03:15 AM Eastern) on August 28, 2026, Microsoft Azure experienced an infrastructure problem in one of their datacenters that affected the IoT Hub service our platform relies on for gateway connectivity. This caused gateways to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect over the duration of the incident, triggering offline alerts.
Microsoft has confirmed the issue and it was fully resolved by 07:22 UTC. All services have been stable since.
